Background Endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms usually involves stent-assisted coiling (SAC) and flow diverters. Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors such as tirofiban and dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) are required to prevent thromboembolic complications afterwards.
